                              RESOLUTION NO. 21519
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                 PARKS AND RECREATION TO EXECUTE A LEASE
                 AGREEMENT WITH THE CORNERSTONE ORGANIZATION FOR
                 THE LEASE OF THE WALNUT STREET BRIDGE ON
                 SEPTEMBER 27, 1997.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Parks and Recreation be and is hereby authorized to execute a
       Lease Agreement with The Cornerstone Organization for the lease 
of
       the Walnut Street Bridge on September 27, 1997.
